Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum Tour

Bus Trip to Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum, Baltimore

FRIDAY, August 8: $40 per person

The B&O Railroad Museum is recognized universally as the birthplace of American railroading. Nearly 200 pieces of locomotives and rolling stock provide illustrate railroading from 1830 through the present day. The museum also displays tools, time-pieces, fine art, RR china and silver, uniforms, furniture, and personal memorabilia as well as a collection of scale models and toy trains illustrate.

The B&O tour will take you through the magnificent Roundhouse, North Car Shop, & Mt. Clare Station. You will see how the B&O Railroad spawned an industrial revolution, survived civil and world wars and brought about a Museum collection that contains some of the first, last, best, and only pieces of their kind.  The tour's train ride is on Mile one of the old B&O line.
